General Description:
Breceives and processes the pulsed output from the motor speed sensor; output is a relay open or closure depending upon fan speed; relay is spdt type; relay indicates the low-speed condition; automatically resets; on increasing rpm - open below 1500 rpm, change from open to closed between 1500 and 2057 rpm, closed above 2057 rpm; on decreasing rpm - closed above 2057 rpm, change from closed to open between 1500 and 2057 rpm and open below 1500 rpm
