General Description:
Steel; tee handle; fixed handle 3/8 in. Dia. By 5-3/4 in. Pom 1/8 in lg; tool body 25/32 in dia. By 7-3/4 in pom 1/4 in lg. Working end. Working end of body shall have flat driving member centered on body dia. Member shall be 1/8 in lg, 1/2 in. Wide, .086 in.Thick. The member shall taper equally onboth sides from 1/8 in at the base to 7/16 in at the end, dimensional tolerance of .005 on is acceptable. Working end of tool and 1-3/4 in. Therefrom shall be case hardened to a depth of .005 in., no sharp edges. Tool shall be free of rust, pits, burrs, fractures or other defects
